Do you known that Monopoly has been around for 80 years since its debut in 1935?

My Monoploy 80th Anniversary Edition

The every popular board game is now relaunched with a special 80th anniversary edition. This edition has retain the original game play and had introduced new items such as wooden houses and hotels along with classic tokens from across the decades. With a Vintage game board, this brings back memories for all who had played the game from 8 to 80!

Here is a quick guide on how to play Monopoly

1 Choose your favorite Token

New Tokens

The 80th Anniversary edition games comes with 8 tokens that had appeared in the board games throughout the decades. We love the locomotive and the horseman. However if you think you can rule the world as a cat, by all means choose that as the token to represent you on the board.

2 Distribute the cash

Money

Each Player starts with $1500 cash distributed as follows2 each of $500’s, $100’s and $50’s6 $20’s5 each of $10’s, $5’s and $1’s. 

3 Start at GO with the roll of the dice

Go

Start the game from GO!The object of the game is to be the richest by buying and renting properties

4 Buy as many properties as possible

Add caption

Don't hesitate, just buy the properties that you have landed on. The more properties , the better. If you get the same colour coded ones, you can start building houses followed by hotel . You can also sell or trade with other players to get the same colour coded properties.

5 Build Houses and Hotels to make more money

Houses

With more houses and hotels, you can charge higher rental to earn more money or make your opponents go broke! 

6 GO to Jail

Go to Jail

Going to Jail might be a good option especially if there are loads of hotels / houses on the board. A person who lands in Jail still gets to collect rent. If you need to get out, either roll a double, get a out of jail card or pay a fine of $50.

Play with 2 to 8 people

Monopoly can be played with 2 to 8 people. This means it is an interactive game. We think the 80th anniversary Monopoly edition will make the perfect item to have in the house for gatherings.
